We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email, username), and Discord join event data necessary to provide the monitoring service you sign up for.
How we use your information
Your data is used solely to operate the Nexcord service — sending you join alerts, storing your logs, and processing payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Discord account access
Nexcord only reads join events from servers you choose to monitor. We never post messages, change settings, or take any action on your behalf within Discord.
Data retention
Join logs are retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
